1. Do I have to pay for shipping?

    No. Absolutely not. Karmila Scarf offers free delivery to all its customers across Jakarta;
    For areas outside Jakarta, please email us at support@KarmilaScarf.com or call our customer service and we will assist you with further details.

2. How many days will shipping take?

  •     You will receive your order within 1-2 business days;
  •     All orders require a signature upon receipt;
  •     We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the given shipping address;
  • If your shipment does not reach you because of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by us for redelivery shall be claimed from you;
  • KarmilaScarf.com will take full responsibility for quick dispatch and safe delivery of your Order. We use reputed courier company (TA-Q-BIN) to ship your order. All orders are ideally delivered within 1-2 working days. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances and heavy-rush periods like festivals, pick-ups and deliveries may be delayed. The user agrees not to hold www.karmilascarf.com responsible in any manner whatsoever and/or to claim any damages for such delays.

3. Shipment and tracking details

  •     Once you confirm the order, we will email you your order details;
  • You may track your order on our website using the tracking number;
  • Once the order is dispatched, we will send you an email alert with expected date of delivery;
  • For any unavoidable delays, our customer service representative will contact you to inform your order delivery status.

4. Do you ship internationally?

  •     We are able to ship outside Jakarta. However, it is subject to different charges such as delivery, taxes or any other charges your country may impose;
  • The delivery is not free for International shipments;

5. How can I pay for my orders?

KarmilaScarf.com gives flexi payment options to its customers.

a) CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on delivery (COD) is available for all items, for items ordered within Jakarta;
COD orders will go through a verification process. Our representative will contact you to ensure that you've placed the correct order and given your correct address, telephone number and will enable quick dispatch and delivery of the product(s) ordered by you

You will be expected to receive the order and make cash payment at the time of delivery for the order. Please take care of the following to ensure that your Cash on Delivery order is processed and delivered smoothly:

  •     Please ensure that the mobile phone number that you provide for Cash on Delivery order is always available and answered;
  • Please ensure that you provide your complete address and landmark to help us reach you easily and deliver the order quickly;
  • Please ensure that you or someone else is available at the designated address with total cash required to make payment and take delivery.

Non-compliance of the verification process at any stage may lead to cancellation of order. karmilascarf.com reserve the right to reject any COD order at any time/any stage without assigning any reason whatsoever. The customer/user agrees that karmilascarf.com shall bear no liability whatsoever for cancellation of COD orders.

b) Pay by Debit or Credit Card

Currently this payment method is not available but soon you will have an option of paying by your debit or credit card.

6. What is the Return & Exchange Policy?

  •     It is unlikely that any item would not be in good condition or is defective. However, there is possibility that the item may be damaged during transit, might have a manufacturing defect, or a wrong item is delivered to you. In only such cases as given above, will we replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as defined.
  • We do not accept any return. However, we value our customers and we understand the importance of quality. For any incorrect or defective items shipped, you may exchange the item within 48 hours upon receipt of order, subject to following terms and conditions:
  • Only uncustomized or unstitched can be returned. i.e. in case any kind of tailoring or modification has been done, then the product cannot be returned or exchanged;
  • Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original invoice, packaging, documentation, manuals, and all other accessories;
  • Items received with tags must be returned with those tags intact.

    All returns will be reviewed by KarmilaScarf and we reserve the right to perform actions including:

  • Replacing the product with a new item of the same design, subject to availability
  • Replacing the product with a new item within the same price range
  • Any price difference between the new and exchanged item will be considered and if the price of new item is higher, you will have to pay the balance amount.
  • If you find any defect upon delivery of your item/s, we suggest you to contact us immediately for quick replacement;
  • For the discount or sale item’s, KarmilaScarf will not accept any exchange or return;
  • Please note that due to nature of Turkish Embroidery work, some stones may fall off or some threads may unravel during the shipping process. These are not considered as defects and cannot be the basis of the return request;
  • Request for cancellations of orders once placed on www.karmilascarf.com shall not be entertained.

7. How do I exchange an item?

  • We provide a very easy process to our customer for exchange of an item;
  • If you find any defect in the product you received, you have to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please give us a call at +62 (021) 398-30457 from 10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m on Monday to Friday or email us at info@karmilascarf.com with the following details about your package :
    • Order#:
    • Full Name:
    • Email Id:
    • Comments/description for exchange:
    • Please cite your Order Number and the exact reason for replacement.
    • KarmilaScarf will do an assessment of whether the request for replacement is justified or not, and reserve the right to independently take a decision in this regard. The customer agrees to abide by whatever decision is taken in this regard.
    • If a replacement request is found valid, we will replace the product with a suitable alternative within 1-2 days.
    • Once agreed, KarmilaScarf will send the confirmation and will arrange a free pick-up service to collect your item/s from the address specified and deliver a new item, subject to stock availability.
    • We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

8. Damaged Goods

In the event that the item has been damaged or tampered with during delivery, do not sign for parcel and return in back to courier.
In the event of damaged items, you must contact our customer service team on support@karmilascarf.com within 24 hours. Any notification after this date will not be considered.
Refunds will not be given for products with damages caused by a customer's misuse or neglect.

9. Cancellation of Orders by KarmilaScarf

KarmilaScarf reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason whatsoever. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. In case of such a cancellation, 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

10. Refund Policy:
karmilascarf.com will provide a 100% cash refund to the customers. The refund will be provided within 30 days, and in the following cases only:

  • If the item ordered by you is not available with us for any reason whatsoever;
  • If the order is confirmed by us, and we are unable to ship the product within a reasonably acceptable time.

11. Product Care

Please have your garments dry-cleaned by a competent professional dry-cleaning service.

12. Product Images

Due to standardization variations in computer monitors, digital images may display different colors than the actual product. However, we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee perfect match in colors.

13. Does KarmilaScarf designs and manufacture the products listed on the website?

Yes.
